Middleby acquires Imperial Commercial Cooking Equipment

The Middleby Corp. has acquired Imperial Commercial Cooking Equipment for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release. Based in Corona, California, Imperial manufactures ranges, fryers, ovens, countertop equipment and other specialty cooking products for the commercial kitchen.

Imperial has annual revenues of approximately $40 million.
