Middleby acquires GBT GmbH Bakery Technology

Middleby Corp. has acquired GBT GmbH Bakery Technology, based in Lünen, Germany, according to a press release.

GBT develops and installs specialty bread systems, tunnel ovens and conveyor baking systems and offers products including dough dividers and weighers and proofers. Annual revenues are about €10 million ($10.78 million).
