People struggling with opioid overdose will soon be able to access Narcan, which reverses opioid effects, at two public vending machines in Dearborn, Michigan, according to a Detroit Free Press report.
The city obtained Narcan from the state health department and secured vending machines from the Islamic Center of Detroit.
The machines will be placed at the Dearborn Train Station at 21201 Michigan Ave. and a second location to be determined once the city council approves the plan.
