The Mexican government has seized 380,000 boxes of Kellogg's cereal on account of cartoon mascots that violate laws designed to improve children's diets, according to an Associated Press report.
The cereals seized include Special K and Corn Flakes.
Most of the batches seized were at a warehouse north of Mexico City. Officials also raided 75 stores.
The country's new laws restrict marketing ploys to entice children.
The cereal boxes also reportedly did not have required nutritional information.
The company did not respond to an AP request for comment at the time of this report.
