Meat vending operation expands to Scarsdale

Applestone Meat Co., which operates vending machines to sell locally sourced and sustainably raised meat, has expanded to a location at 735 White Plains Road in Scarsdale, New York, according to a lohud.com report.

The machines are stocked with vacuum-sealed packages of steaks, short ribs, pork ribs, rack of lamb, hamburger and homemade sausage.

The company also operates vending machines at locations in Stone Ridge, New York and Hudson, New York.
