Meat vending company to close retail locations

Applestone Meat Co., which operates meat shops with meat vending machines in Ulster, Columbia and Westchester counties, said it was closing all its retail locations, according to a Bronxville-Eastchester Patch report.

Orders and curbside pickup will continue in Stone Ridge until inventory runs out.

The owners said they will develop products and services to help retailers expand businesses through innovative technologies.
