McKee Foods introduces Little Debbie Star Crunch to vending

McKee Foods Corp.'s Little Debbie vending division will introduce Little Debbie Star Crunch to the vending industry in March. Star Crunch Cookies are 3-ounce, shelf-stable, individually wrapped soft, chewy cookies topped with caramel and crispy rice eclipsed by a fudge coating.

Star Crunch has been a staple of the Little Debbie brand since 1971, just two years after astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin first walked on the moon in 1969, according to a press release.

The fresh date coded cookies are sold in a 72-unit case, including six caddies with 12 wraps each.
