McAuliffe Restructures Pinnacle Entertainment Advisors As Independent Company

TOMS RIVER, NJ -- Pinnacle Entertainment Advisors, which has been a part of Redemption Plus for almost two decades, is transitioning into an independent company, according to an announcement by Pinnacle founder George McAuliffe.

The original Pinnacle was founded by McAuliffe in 1996, and served such clients as Brunswick Bowling Products, Disney, Sega and Wal-Mart, along with hundreds of operators and developers of arcades and family entertainment centers. The new Pinnacle Entertainment Group LLC, based here, will continue to serve arcades and multi-attraction facilities, along with a limited number of "strategic clients." Lenexa, KS-based Redemption Plus will be the first of these.

To help its clients achieve a better understanding of their customers, PEG interacts at the executive level, McAuliffe explained.

"As with everything else in my 18-year relationship with Ron Hill and Redemption Plus -- as a customer, a member of the management team and now as a consultant -- we have created a win-win solution," said McAuliffe, adding that his involvement with Redemption Plus's personnel and clients will continue. The separation agreement between the two companies establishes a new relationship.

"I'm looking forward to this next chapter of Pinnacle's development," McAuliffe said. "Our business model has always been to become teammates of our clients with everything that entails: loyalty, dedication to their business and strong advocacy of the client's interests. We intend to take that to the next level, while helping clients to maintain best-in-class status -- suppliers and FEC owners alike."
