Massachusetts to allow gaming arcades to open next week

Massachusetts Gov. Charles Baker said he will sign an executive order to permit indoor and outdoor amusement arcades to commence operations next week, according to a masslive.com report. The governor was facing lawsuits from arcade operators.

The arcades will not have to wait until the state's next reopening phase

The Republican governor said the executive order will allow indoor and outdoor arcades to reopen instead of having to wait until Phase 4 to open their doors.
