Marty Man Smith Joins Sega Amusements As US Sales Manager

Marty Man Smith

Smith has been a part of the amusement industry for more than 30 years, and has been involved in operations, distribution and manufacturing. He's held management and sales posts at Namco USA, Brady Distributing Co., Global VR, SNK Corp. and Ideal Software, among other amusement companies.

Sega's U.S. sales team also comprises Carlos Laguardia and Vince Moreno. The team is based at Wood Dale, IL's Play It! Amusements, which provides parts and service for Sega games in North and South America. Sega reduced its U.S. workforce and closed its Illinois office in 2011, placing direction of the western hemisphere under its London office. | SEE STORY

The U.S. team reports to SEI chief executive Paul Williams, who is based in London. Hiram Gonzalez is founder and chief executive of Play It Amusements. Both executives described Smith as an asset.
