Mars to acquire Kevin’s Natural Foods

Mars Inc. has agreed to acquire Kevin's Natural Foods, a nutritious meal company, to join its brands in the Mars food and nutrition segment, according to a press release. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Kevin's, founded in 2019, has experienced double-digit growth and is now available across more than 17,000 retail locations as well as digital commerce.

Kevin's Natural Foods will operate as a standalone business within the Mars food and nutrition division, reporting to its president, Shaid Shah.
