Mars Drinks Hires Sociologist To Drive Workplace Vitality

WEST CHESTER, PA -- Sociologist and author Dr. Tracy Brower has joined Mars Drinks in the new role of global vice-president of workplace vitality. She will conduct research and develop insights toward understanding the role that drinks play in inspiring people to create better, more fulfilling ways to work.

Brower specializes in the sociology of how work affects people and how they affect their work. She holds a PhD in the sociology of work, and is the author of Bring Work to Life by Bringing Life to Work: A Guide for Leaders and Organizations (Bibliomotion Inc., 2014), which explores work-life integration.

Bower emphasizes that, more than ever, companies must attract, retain and sustain talent.
