A pair of vending industry veterans — Marc Rosset, founder of Professional Vending Consultants Inc., and Chuck Treister, lately of U.S. Vending Management — have partnered to provide services to convenience services operators to improve the value of their businesses and realize monetization. Rosset advised Vending Times about the partnership via a phone call.

Rosset has specialized as an intermediary for acquisitions of full-line vending, foodservice and office coffee service companies in the U.S. PVC has represented more than 310 transactions with gross sales revenues of just over $900 million since 1993.
Treister has more 30 years' experience that includes two stints at Crane Merchandising Systems as a vice president of sales for the U.S. and as vice president of MAB Services, at one time the largest vending and refreshment provider in Los Angeles.
The pair will serve as intermediaries for both operators and their interested prospective buyers.
