Maine considers banning single-use bottles on government grounds

The convenience services industry is working to prevent Maine from passing a law prohibiting single-use bottles on certain government property.

The New England Refreshment Services Association and the National Automatic Merchandising Association sent a letter last week to the Maine Environment and Natural Resources Committee opposing the bill, according to the NAMA weekly legislative roundup.
