Location App Helps Video-Gamers Find Nearest Star Wars Battle Pods

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL -- Bandai Namco Amusement America has begun building a location finder for its Star Wars Battle Pod videogame. Although the company is not claiming the online app provides a complete list of the game's locations for fans, it is an impressive step forward to steering players in the right direction.

To locate the nearest game, players enter a zip code and receive the results in map and scrolling menu formats, as well as the directions to a selected venue. A brief run-through of the locator quickly provides multiple games in a variety of zip codes on the East Coast, Midwest, West Coast and Southwest.
