Lineage Logistics acquires Maines Paper & Food Service assets

Lineage Logistics, a Novi, Michigan based provider of temperature-controlled logistics solutions, has acquired the assets of Conklin, New York based Maines Paper & Food Service, Inc., a foodservice distributor, according to a press release.

Lineage acquired the last mile food service distribution assets of Maines, which encompasses a warehousing and transportation network across seven states. Chain restaurant customers include Burger King, Tim Hortons, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen and The Capital Grille.
