Lessing’s Hospitality acquires Division Hospitality

Lessing's Hospitality Group, based in Grand River, New York, has acquired Division Hospitality Group, a provider of food services to Catholic schools in the Bronx, Queens and Westchester County areas, according to a Long Island Business News report.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Nicholas Mancini, owner of Division Hospitality Group, will continue to oversee the servicing operations of its 15 Catholic school clients under the leadership of Kevin Lessing, executive vice president of the food service division at Lessing's Hospitality Group, according to a company statement.

Division Hospitality Group services include vending.
