Legacy Foodservice Alliance joins UniPro Foodservice, acquisitions group acquires 3 foodservice distributors

Legacy Foodservice Alliance, a foodservice suppliers alliance, will become an operating division of UniPro Foodservice, a foodservice cooperative, on Jan. 1, 2024., according to a press release.

The existing LFA team, led by Deb Winter, will remain in place to continue servicing the needs of the members in the operating division.

Legacy Food Group, a newly announced acquisition group, announced the acquisitions of Keck's Food Service Inc. in Millerton, Pennsylvania, M&V Provisions Co. in Ridgewood, New York, and Thomsen Foodservice Inc., East Providence, Rhode Island.
