Lavazza Professional UK acquires Stirlingshire Vending in Scotland

Lavazza Professional UK has acquired the entire share capital of Stirlingshire Vending in Scotland, according to an Insider report.
Lavazza Professional is the vending and coffee machine arm of Luigi Lavazza, the larger Italian coffee manufacturer. Stirlingshire Vending (SV24-7), on the other hand, is a family business with over 60 years of experience in vending, office coffee services and micro markets.
"Over the years, we built our business on providing our clients with the most effective vending solutions, underpinned by our commitment to service excellence and a product portfolio tailored specifically to the needs of each client—aligning perfectly with Lavazza Professional," Fiona Chambers, director of SV24-7, said told the news outlet.
"We have built strong relationships with our customers over the last 11 years, so with both businesses sharing the same values, it was a logical step for us to move the operation within the opportunity arose."
