Lavazza Professional acquires Compass Group UK vending management operation

Lavazza Professional has acquired Fulfill, a vending fulfilment provider based in the U.K., from Compass Group for an undisclosed figure, and has renamed the business Lavazza Professional Operating Service, according to a foodbev.com report.

Fulfill manages more than 20,000 vending machines in 7,000 locations across the U.K.. 

Lavazza Professional is the vending and office coffee service division of Lavazza, which formed following Lavazza's acquisition of the Mars Drinks coffee business from Mars Inc. in 2018.
