Buddy Valastro, a celebrity chef/restaurateur who operates cake vending machines and pizza machines, was recently profiled by The Las Vegas Sun.

Valastro, who owns and operates Buddy Valastro Restaurants and Cake Boss cake vending machines, teamed with LBX Food Robotics last year to introduce Bake Xpress hot food kiosks last year in Las Vegas.
