Kraft Heinz to hold virtual annual meeting May 7

The Kraft Heinz Company will hold its 2020 annual meeting in a virtual-only format due to continued public health concerns related to the COVID-19 outbreak, according to a press release. As previously announced, the annual meeting will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2020, at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Stockholders will not be able to attend the annual meeting in person. However, the virtual meeting will provide them with the ability to participate, vote their shares, and ask questions during the meeting.
