Kraft Heinz to acquire Just Spices

The Kraft Heinz Co. has agreed to acquire an 85% stake in Germany-based Just Spices GmbH for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release. Just Spices' portfolio includes salad dressings and blends ranging from breakfast and light snacks to salads and baking.

Just Spices' analytics has enabled it to create and identify early consumer trend signals, foster product innovation, understand customer sentiment and optimize consumer targeting.

The company has approximately 1.6 million followers across its social media platforms.
