Kraft Heinz promotes Andre Maciel, Yang Xu to leadership roles

The Kraft Heinz Co. has promoted Andre Maciel from senior vice president, U.S. CFO and head of digital transformation to executive vice president and global chief financial officer, effective March 2, 2022, succeeding Paulo Basilio, who will step down on March 1, 2022 and will remain with the company as a strategic advisor through August 2022.

Yang Xu

Basilio remains a partner at 3G Capital, according to a press release.

In addition, Yang Xu will move from global head of treasury and M&A to senior vice president, global head of corporate development.
