Kraft Heinz names CEO Miguel Patricio to replace Alexandre Behring as chair

The Kraft Heinz Co. board of directors intends to appoint CEO Miguel Patricio as chair, subject to his re-election at the Kraft Heinz 2022 annual meeting of stockholders, according to a press release. He will replace Alexandre Behring who will retire following the end of his term at the annual meeting.
