KioSoft CleanPay mobile app surpasses 2M users

CleanPay Mobile, a contactless app for laundromats provided by KioSoft Technologies LLC, has surpassed 2 million users around the globe, according to a press relase.

The iOS and Android mobile wallet with stored account balance enables laundromat customers or residents of a multi-housing facility to activate machines via a QR code scan or by entering the machine number. The app also allows the following functions:

• View machine availability.
• Receive alerts when laundry cycle is complete.
• Allow purchasing machine credit.
• View purchase history.
• Initiate refund requests.

Operator benefits include:

• Greater revenue, as laundry users are not limited by cash and run more cycles.
• Own customer data.
• Access KioSoft's Washboard online portal, providing a cloud-based reporting and management system, including real-time tracking.

The company also offers kiosk technology that allows for payment by laundry card, where value can be added at a secure payment station. Additionally, pay-at-the-machine readers accept various forms of payment via laundry card, tap, swipe, insert and mobile wallet.

KioSoft also provides clients with a management portal, Washboard, which combines web-based reader configuration, financial reporting, plus KioSoft equipment health and management reporting.
