She was also chief marketing officer of Baker & Taylor, the world's largest book and entertainment distributor.

Current senior vice-president of corporate affairs Lauren Steele will retire after nearly 34 years of service to the Coca-Cola system.

Charlotte-based Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is the nation's largest independent Coca-Cola bottler, operating primarily in the Southeast.
