Kevin Grundy Bud Ostrander Take Equity State In EFN United Management Group

ST. LOUIS, MO -- Kevin Grundy and Bud Ostrander have joined Andy Hayes as equity partners in EFN United, a food and beverage management company for the vending and micromarket sectors.

Hayes is EFN United's chief executive, and Grundy and Ostrander are senior vice-president of business development and president, respectively. The three industry veterans, each with 30 years of experience, jointly own EFN United.

Additionally, EFN has promoted Jon Ford from vice-president of customer experience to vice-president of business development. 

Formed in 2008, EFN United provides clients with operators to service their locations and employees. It provides operators for locations in the United States, Canada and abroad. 

Hayes is also the president and founder of St. Louis-based American Vending Machines, which sells remanufactured vending machines, parts and accessories, along with new equipment. AVM celebrated 20 years in business earlier this year.
