Keurig Dr Pepper leads funding for Tractor Beverage

Keurig Dr Pepper has agreed to lead a $60 million funding round for Tractor Beverage Co., a certified organic, non-GMO beverage line for foodservice operations, according to a press release.

The funding will support Tractor's plans to expand its infrastructure and marketing efforts.

The partnership combines the national and regional foodservice sales strength and reach of Keurig Dr Pepper with Tractor's product, production and marketing capabilities.

The transactions are subject to customary closing conditions, and terms of the deal were not disclosed.
