Keurig Dr Pepper in talks to buy Bang Energy parent company

Vital Pharmaceuticals Inc., which owns Bang Energy drinks, is negotiating with Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. to acquire the company, according a Bloomberg report.

The price for Vital Pharmaceuticals Inc. has not been finalized.

One source said the company could be valued at more than $2 billion, while another put the figure at over $3 billion.

The sources asked not to be identified at the time of this report.
