Kepler Capital acquires Service Station Vending Equipment

Kepler Capital Limited Partnership has acquired Service Station Vending Equipment Inc. based in Elmont, New York, which manufactures, maintains and services tire inflation air and vacuum vending machines, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

With a fleet of 4,000 machines throughout New York, New Jersey, Maryland and several other states, SSVE is the dominant player in the Northeast region.

Bill McCabe, founder and president of SSVE, will remain with the company to lead growth strategy and will remain a minority owner.
