Kellogg's has denied an accusation from a former U.K. Parliament member that its Coco Pops brand mascot is racist, according to a report in The Hill. Fiona Onasanya tweeted that Coco Popos and Rice Krispies have largely the same composition but one snack is represented by three white boys and the other by a monkey.

The company released a statement saying that it supports the black community.
