Kellogg has taken the U.K. government to court over a policy to restrict marketing products high in fat, salt and sugar, according to a Yahoo News report.

The regulations take effect in October.

Products deemed high in fat, salt and sugar will not be allowed to be featured in high-profile locations like checkouts, entrances and aisle ends.

The policy also bans on advertising such foods before 9 p.m. online and on TV.
