A Michigan judge upheld a permit that allows Nestle to increase the amount of groundwater it extracts for its Ice Mountain bottled water brand, according to an mlive.com report.

Judge Dan Pulter ruled that Nestle's plans to withdrawal 576,000 gallons of groundwater daily from two cold water trout streams in Osceola County will not adversely affect the surrounding natural resources.
