Jones Soda, Simply Better Brands call off acquisition

Simply Better Brands Corp. will not be acquiring Jones Soda since the companies have terminated the previously announced letter of intent due to market conditions.

"We are disappointed that due to current market conditions we are unable to move forward with our intended transaction at this time," Kathy Casey, CEO of Simply Better Brands, said in a press release.
