Jones Soda reports revenue declines for fourth quarter, full year

Jones Soda Company, a provider of craft soda, reported fourth quarter revenue of $2.2 million compared to $2.3 million in the prior year’s fourth quarter. Fourth quarter gross profit as a percent of sales was 17.2% compared to 17.9%.

Net loss was $930,000, or $(0.02) per share, compared to a net loss of $822,000, or $(0.02) per share, while adjusted EBITDA was $(828,000) compared to $(674,000).

For the full year, revenue was $11.5 million compared to $12.6 million. Gross profit as a percentage of sales was 20.7% compared to 21.8%.

Net loss was $2.8 million, or $(0.05) per share, compared to a net loss of $2.1 million, or $(0.05) per share, while djusted EBITDA was $(2.2) million compared to $(1.6) million.
