Jones Soda names industry veteran Mark Murray president

Jones Soda Co., a maker of craft soda, has appointed 38-year foodservice industry veteran Mark Murray as president, effective Sept. 1, 2020, according to a press release.

He most recently served as the president of JGC Foods, a 600-employee North American food manufacturer specializing in fresh soups, sauces, sides and entrées.

Murray previously held senior sales and marketing positions for foodservice brands, including Harry's Fresh Foods, Solo Cup Co., Campbell's Food Co. and Kraft Heinz Food Service.

In addition, interim CEO Jamie Colbourne has been appointed as a director to fill a current vacancy on Jones Soda's board of directors.
