Jones Soda acquires Pinestar Gold shares, will expand into cannabis

Jones Soda Co. has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Pinestar Gold Inc., according to a press release. Pinestar agreed to a price of 50 cents per subscription receipt.

Jones intends to use the proceeds to expand into the production and sale of cannabis-containing beverages, edibles and related products.
