The new naturally smoked chicken sausage has real pieces of apple, about half the fat and calories of a pork sausage and is the first chicken sausage in Johnsonville's smoked sausage line for foodservice customers. It ships frozen and come 10 lbs. to a case.

The fully cooked, skinless, pre-split butterflied sausage links allows for more versatility in the kitchen and fits on a variety of bread types and is ideal for panini, eggs benedict and breakfast sandwiches.  It expands Johnsonville's smoked sausage collection, which includes bourbon BBQ, Polish kielbasa, smokey cheddar and hot link.
