JM Smucker Hikes Coffee Prices 6

ORRVILLE, OH -- J.M. Smucker Co. has increased the list price for the majority of its packaged coffee products sold in the U.S. by an average of 6%. The company attributed the price hike to increases in green coffee costs.

The increase applies to coffees sold under the Folgers, Dunkin' Donuts and Café Bustelo brand names. The company's single-cup K-Cups are excluded from the price increase.

Dunkin' Donuts, which licenses its coffee for retail packaging to Smucker, is not increasing prices on coffee sold at its stores.
