J&J Snack Foods' CFO resigns

Dennis Moore has resigned as chief financial officer, senior vice president and as a director of J&J Snack Foods Corp., a snack manufacturer serving convenience services, according to an SEC filing. Moore's resignation, which becomes effective no later than July 30, was not connected to any disagreement with the company relating to its operations, policies or practices.
 
The company appointed Marjorie Shreiber Roshkoff, the vice president and in-house counsel, to fill the vacancy on the board, according to the filing.
