A Tokyo whaling company will expand its vending machines that sell whale meat, according to a report in The Japan News.

The Kyodo Senpaku Co. has already installed four vending machines on the first floor of a building near the Keikyu Kojiya Station in Ota Ward in Tokyo.

Products include frozen items like red whale meat that can be used for sashimi, steaks, skin and bacon, along with canned, cooked whale.

Prices range from ¥1,000 ($7.82) to ¥3,000 ($23.47) for single items.

The company will launch two more vending machine stores in Tokyo and the Yokohama's Motomachi district by the end of January as well as one in Osaka's Umeda district by the mid February.
