Jack Link's is rolling out five new meat snack varieties.
Lorissa's Kitchen Beef Sticks are made from 100% grass-fed beef, seasoned and slow-smoked without any added nitrates, MSG or gluten. The 1-oz. meat stick is available in original, smoky sweet and jalapeño and contains 6 g. of protein. Suggested retail price is $1.99 per stick.
Also new is Jack Link's Cold Crafted, which combines smoked meats and cheese. It's made with 100% beef and real Wisconsin cheese and available in Smoked Meat Sticks (original, loaded with pepper jack and loaded with cheddar cheese); Beef and Cheese Bites; and Smoked Meat Sticks and Cheese (cheddar and pepper jack). The suggested retail price is $3.49.
Rounding out the new offerings now available is Jack Link's Steak Strips, made from 100% beef, with 8 g. of protein and 70 calories. They're available in original and teriyaki for a suggested $2 retail price.
Rolling out in March, Jack Link's Pork Rinds have only 1 g. of carbs and 8 g. of protein per serving. The meat snack will be available in Applewood BBQ and Sweet & Hot with a suggested retail price of $1.99.
In other news, Manuel Ortega recently joined Jack Link's as vice-president of research and product development. He brings more than two decades of experience to Jack Link's, having spent more than 20 years on research and development teams at global food brands including Kraft Foods, General Mills and Yum Brands.
