VERNON HILLS, IL -- Forward-thinking operators of Golden Tee Live games have been awarding incentives to their frequent players as an inducement to play often and remain loyal to their locations. According to Incredible Technologies, the game's manufacturer, operators can leave a game set to default payment settings, rewarding players who reach their specific thresholds.
To streamline this practice, IT has added a reporting feature to its online Operator Services accounts. This allows owners of online Golden Tee machines to track game count totals for their players, by specific date ranges and target locations, or all players on all machines. Reports can be exported to Excel; monthly email reports also are available.
To access Player Loyalty Reports, operators log in to their online services account. First-time users can click the email/settings link to authorize reporting. ITNet then will begin to collect and organize the data.
Reports are generated by selecting a timeframe -- up to 60 days -- and picking either a specific location or all sites. Results by player then are posted on screen and ready for download. Data is pre-sorted by player for easy addition of subtotals.
An optional email service is available for monthly report summaries. Operators who enter a valid email address and check the authorization box will receive summary reports at the start of each month.
Golden Tee gift cards that will work only on a specific operator's machines can be ordered.
