Israel supermarket chain to deploy reverse vending machines for recyclables

Israel's oldest supermarket chain announced it will install about 100 reverse vending machines at its stores in the coming weeks, according to an msn.com report. The company, Shufersal, is taking this action in response to a shortage of deposit stations for recyclables. The machines are made by the Asofta corporation.
