Investment firm buys Odwalla from Coca Cola

Full Sail IP Partners, an investment firm, has acquired the Odwalla brand from the Coca-Cola Co. for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Coca-Cola Co. discontinued the brand in July of 2020, citing market changes.

Odwalla was founded in Santa Cruz, California in 1980 and produced fruit juices, smoothies and energy bars.

"We look forward to providing consumers with the best tasting, artfully crafted functional beverages and foods to allow them to snack well, feel well and live well," Alan Kravetz, Full Sail's CEO, said in the press release.
