Calvin K., an InventionHome product developer, has created Space Box, a self-service shopping machine that is capable of dispensing pre-packaged items spanning a broad range of categories. Space Box can dispense most pre-packaged items like clothing, car parts, cleaning supplies and more, according to an InventionHome press release.

Space Box is equipped with several touch screen menus to select and purchase items with cash or a credit card. Each item in the vending machine can be stored in a box and is dispensed to the customer once payment is received. Machines can also have offerings regularly changed out to accommodate different seasonal events and sales.

Calvin patented Space Box with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is working with InventionHome, an invention licensing firm, to get the project off the ground. According to the press release, ideal licensing candidates would be U.S. based product manufacturers who are looking to develop this innovation.
