International Vending Alliance Offers Members Parlevels VMS

SAN ANTONIO, TX -- Parlevel Systems has partnered with the International Vending Alliance, a Netherlands-based network of regional vending operations, to bring IVA members technology solutions. IVA will offer Parlevel's vending management system and a suite of mobile applications to its potential and existing members, which reportedly operate in more than 70 countries with an estimated installed base of 1.9 million machines, according to an announcement by Parlevel.

Parelevel's VMS includes a prekitting application, warehouse module and product-spoilage tracking. Additional features like smart routing, product merchandising and stockout reduction are designed to enable IVA operators to increase sales while improving customer satisfaction. Operators can also access tools to increase control and improve accountability.

IVA operators can connect to Parlevel's VMS with hardware they already own or via SmartBox manufactured by St. Petersburg, FL-based Jabil, based on Intel reference design for smart vending. 

Parlevel Systems chief commercial officer Alan Munson said the company already provides services to hundreds of vending, micromarket and office coffee service operations in 15 countries. 

"We are working on a new ecosystem in vending for IVA operators which will change the classic vending business model," said International Vending Alliance chief executive Martijn van den Hazenkamp. Founded in 2002, IVA is headquartered in the Netherlands with regional hubs in Hong Kong, Panama and the United States. It provides its members with purchase volume incentives with suppliers, access to technology and loyalty programs to increase the interaction between operators and end-users.
