Intercard Inc., a provider of cashless technology to the amusement machine industry, has hired customer service expert Dan Williams as its director of call centers and customer service worldwide, according to a press release. He will be in charge of global customer service operations including call centers, support team and training staff.
Williams previously managed call center operations and support teams for several companies in the St. Louis area, including the American Association of Orthodontists, UnitedHealth Group, Mom365 and Delve Market Research.
