Industry loses 'Bud' Oliver of Pine Tree Vending Association

Laurin M. "Bud" Oliver, a past president of the Pine Tree Vending Association, passed away at his home in Lady Lake, Florida, according to a Portland Press Herald report. He and his brother, Don, were the second-generation owners of Oliver Vending and Music Systems in Scarborough, Maine.

Oliver is survived by his wife, Patricia T. Oliver; sons, David M. and his wife Michelle, George E. and his wife Andrea, and Tom L. and his wife Susan; his daughter, Patricia A. Shane and her husband Jay; five grandchildren, David P. Oliver, Steven M. Oliver, Sarah P. Oliver, Morgan Brown, Cody Brown; and three great-grandchildren.
